Looking back through all the days that have passed, the new things we have learned and the new friends we have made. There are memories we've forgotten but there also are memories that will forever be in our heart and would take us back through the old days. Those memories are special and important for they have made us who we are today.
SS class have always given us a taste of the real world whether it's about current news, politics and even economics. The Socratic Seminars have prepared us for future seminars and discussions, to get us used to the fact of talking and sharing ideas because this is what people do all the time in order to be successful in life. LA class have also gotten us used to talking and discussing. The Lit Circles have always been enjoyable for me because they can be really interesting and fun. Everything we do in this classroom have always made us think deeper and keep thinking and thinking and thinking. The more we think, the more we find out, the more we know, and so it's important to always think.
A whole year has passed by us now and today is going to be our last day of being an 8th grader for tomorrow we'll become 9th graders. This year was the best year ever and it's sad that we will have to move on and go to High School. Time flies but the memories collected along the way could never be recollected nor could they ever be replaced. I want to hold onto this year forever but sadly I can't. We have to move on and someday we'll graduate and have jobs and someday we'll have our own family and someday we'll die because time never stops and life goes on. Seconds past, minutes past, hours past, days past, months past, and years past without even stopping to rest. The only things that could keep you traveling back into the past are all the memories, so keep all those wonderful memories and get back to them whenever you want.

Learning about History through Rides
A theme park on Napoleon would definitely help people learn about Napoleon. This is a fun way to learn. Memories that linger in my mind are things that are fun and places where I had a great time. So if those rides are worth remembering and are really fun, those people will be remembering it and in a way, remember historical events too.

Courage can be Develop throughout Your Life
Courage is not something you are born with like the three natural rights, but you have to develop courage as you continue to grow and learn. Some people have courage since young while some develop courage at an older age. This is due to different peoples' experiences and their ability to develop courage. You need confidence in order to gain courage. Another way that people gain courage is when they are in a hard time or when they have difficulties. When they are in these kinds of situations, they need courage in order to get themselves out of the current situation, and in these cases courage could also be known as fortitude. Different types of courage are developed at different stages of life.

Caring Citizen ESLR
It is really important for every individual to grow up and become a caring citizen. This is why we had a field trip to do some community services. There were three different groups of students going to three different places. One group went to play with the blind while the other group went to the daycare. The rest went to do some painting and farm work at the Children’s Village. This was a great chance for us to show our love and care for others who are in need.
I went to the daycare where I helped them organize their small warehouse and also played with the little kids there. I had a great time playing with the kids. We played in the playground where we ran around playing tag with the children, did some drawings and many other things. I had so much fun playing with all the kids. The kids there loved to draw, play soccer, and piggyback rides. Those kids are unfortunate and not as lucky as us. It is important for us to learn about the different societies and help others who are not that fortunate.

Patriots or Terrorists?
I think that the colonists that were in the Boston Tea Party are patriots not terrorists. First of all, they didn't kill anyone but only threw tea into the ocean. They didn't harm anyone but only caused problems to some people. They also did this to show their humanity and that they also have rights like everyone else in Britain. England treated them like slaves with all those heavy taxes. Troops from England also had rights to search through colonists' houses and businesses without permission, this violated the colonists' right that say that no one could enter other's house without their permission. Other than this, troops could live at any colonist's quarters without their agreement. The colonists also have to feed them and pay for them even though they were poor. This is really unfair of England to take advantage of their power. This is why the colonists in the Boston Tea Party weren't terrorists and just patriots wanting independence and to have their own country. They did this to fight for their rights. They didn't want to pay taxes for the tea they didn't even want. So they decided to throw the boxes of tea from the ships into the ocean.
In Egypt, people are protesting to get vote for a new leader. They are protesting to have their voices heard just like the Boston tea party where both people from these two big events are having their voices heard by doing different things. Both of the groups want justice and an end to the old days. They all have the rights to do this and it's also not terrorism. The Egyptians sang, waved flags, and held candlelight vigils for 18 days. They were protesting for 18 days and now to their success, their latest leader resigned and they now are able to vote for a new leader. Both of the different people sacrificed their time and lives to show their humanity, all those rights, and most important is to show that they also have the rights like everyone else in the rest of the world. They also showed that they could also change history no matter what.

HELLO!!!
Hello! I am Minnie and is currently in middle school in class 8-6. In Ruamrudee International School, the grades are divided into sections. I am born in Thailand and is also living in Thailand. The weather here is really hot and sunny but some mornings are quite cool.Since it's usually hot and sunny, we could eat ice cream any day we want not like countries with snow. I can speak Thai, English, and Chinese, but my Chinese is not that fluent. At school, almost all our classes are in English except Thai class and language class. For the language class,we could choose any language to learn. I chose to learn Chinese. Chinese is a hard language with all those difficult and complicated strokes and characters. Whenever I have free time, I will usually play games, read books, listen to songs, and watch movies. Tetris Battle is one of my favorite games. I play it whenever I want to have a break from my homework. In school, we had miss lots of school days due to the flood. So now we have longer school days. Other than having longer days, we also have to come to school on some Saturdays.

Cool and Creative Innovations Invented During Thai Flood
Thai people are getting really inventive and creative with trying to think of new innovations that would help them adapt to the current flood. Now because of the flood, people couldn't live their normal lives where it's easier to do things and travel to places. Therefore they now have to live a new way of life that weren't prepared for at all. They have to wake up early in the morning to get to work and it takes hours longer to get to their work place than before. This is not the way of life they choose to live but no matter what they still have to face it and live with it. Although Thais are living under this awful condition, they still try to think of new ways to live easier.
There are lots of innovations that were thought of and invented during the flood by Thai people. One of them that appeals to me most is the flood alarm that is made of a pipe and a ping pong ball. This is very creative because we have never thought of something like this. It looks simple but is really useful and effective. This creation would allow people to sleep at night and not have to worry so much that it would flood while they are sleeping. This would also enable people to have more time to pack and move out before it is too late. This is a small issue compared to the bigger problems that lie ahead. Still the students took this issue up and made an innovation to help people with this problem. It was really clever and creative of them to design this. This would help lots and lots of people under circumstances like this. I also am looking forward to using it for it would be really helpful!
